We are independent, female-owned and our entire set up is to create more space in the financial services industry for entrepreneurs and underrepresented individuals.
We started Doyenne Corporation in the middle of COVID to provide a respectful, equitable space for insurance and investment advisors to start or grow their businesses. We provide education through Doyenne Corporation, insurance through Doyenne Insurance and Estate Planning Ltd. and portfolio management through Doyenne Financial Ltd. After 20 years in the investment business, I realized the only way to create the change I wanted to see in the industry would be to create it.
We pay well, provide benefits but also support our employees’ life ambitions, passions and interests. We offer a 30-hour work week and start with 4 weeks’ holidays. We are not plagued by middle management.
